All returns for repair require a Return Authorization number (RA) for repair. If you are a consumer you must obtain an RA# to repair the product. Products sent to us without an RA will have a longer turn-around time. To obtain an RA number for repair, fill out our online form.
FOR ROLLS DEALERS RTS (RTURN TO STOCK) ALL UNITS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE IF RETURNED FOR CREDIT. NO CALL TAGS WILL BE ISSUED FOR RTS.
NOTE: Return Authorizations for stock (RTS) MUST have a serial number, without this number a unit can not be restocked, only repaired. Return to stock (RTS) can only be authorized by calling us the return form is for repairs only. RTS are for authorized Rolls dealers only and can only be imitated by phone.

- Signal Sources have a 90 DAY warranty for parts and labor. Any repair after 90 days will be subject to charge.
